Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from our facility in Flint, Michigan within one business day. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped by UPS. No shipping charges will be applied to ground shipments and any faster service will be charged the standard UPS rates. Return Policy




We want you to love your purchase! If you have any concerns, our team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect solution. Should you still wish to return a frame, it must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in its original, unworn condition and packaging. To begin the return process, please reach out to us at service@articleoneeyewear.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to reimburse these charges. Be sure to include your packing slip with your return. For international orders, please contact us at service@articleoneeyewear.com for further assistance. Please note that return shipping for international orders is not covered.




Domestic Returns

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a return label in every package.
If you’ve lost your return label and need a replacement, please contact info@articleoneeyewear.com.
